24-Hour Cancellation Policy

At On-The-Go Mobile Tire Shop, we value your time and strive to provide prompt, reliable mobile tire services. In order to maintain a high level of service for all our customers, we have implemented the following cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointments that are booked in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full service amount.

Missed Appointments

If our technician arrives at your location and you are not available or the vehicle is not accessible, it will be considered a missed appointment and no refund will be issued. A new appointment will require a new service booking and payment.
