1. Introduction

Welcome to On-The-Go Mobile Tire Shop LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and mobile tire services, including tire installation, repairs, and sales (new and used). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide mobile automotive services including:

  • New and used tire sales
  • Tire installation and balancing
  • Flat tire repair (plug/patch)
  • Tire rotation
  • Emergency mobile tire service
  • Lockout
  • Jumpstart
  • Routine Vehicle Maintenance
  • Minor Mechanic Work

All services are provided at customer locations within our service area and are subject to availability.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled online, and via phone.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged otherwise.
  • We accept: all major debit/credit cards.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full amount of the service fee.

4. Used Tire Sales & Repairs – Special Terms

4.1 Condition of Used Tires

All used tires are sold as-is, with no guarantees of lifespan or performance. We inspect all used tires for tread wear, sidewall damage, and punctures before service. Customers will be informed of the tire’s condition before installation or repair.

4.2 Tire Repair Limitations

Used tire repairs (patches, plugs) are performed according to industry standards. However, repaired used tires:

  • May not be suitable for high-speed or long-distance driving.
  • Are not guaranteed to be free from future failure, including leaks, blowouts, or wear-related issues.

4.3 No Warranty on Used Tires

There is no warranty, express or implied, on used tires or repaired used tires unless otherwise stated in writing. This includes:

  • Tread wear guarantees
  • Manufacturer defect coverage
  • Road hazard protection

4.4 Customer Acceptance

By agreeing to install or repair a used tire, the customer acknowledges and accepts:

  • The risks associated with used and/or repaired tires
  • That they are responsible for monitoring tire pressure and safety
  • That On-The-Go Mobile Tire Shop LLC is not liable for any future failure, damage, or injury related to the tire after service

5. Service Area & On-Site Requirements

We provide service within the Houston Area.
The vehicle must be in a safe, accessible location with enough clearance for us to operate.

We reserve the right to decline service if the environment is unsafe (e.g., highway shoulder, steep incline, inclement weather).

6. Warranty on New Tires (If Applicable)

6.1 Manufacturer’s Warranty
We do not provide a warranty on new tires. Any warranty offered is provided directly by the tire manufacturer. It is the customer’s responsibility to register and manage any manufacturer warranty.

6.2 Road Hazard Warranty (Optional for New Tires Only)
Customers may purchase an optional Nationwide Road Hazard Warranty for new tires. This plan includes:

  • Free tire replacement during the first 33% of usable tread life (prorated thereafter)
  • Free flat tire repairs for the life of the plan
  • Coverage for three (3) years from the date of purchase, or until the tire is worn to 2/32″ tread or less
  • Nationwide flat tire changing assistance reimbursement
  • Nationwide coverage through thousands of participating dealers, with a simple, hassle-free claims process

Whether you’re close to home or traveling across the country, the Road Hazard Warranty provides extra peace of mind, savings, and safety on the road.

6.3 Workmanship Warranty
Installation and workmanship are covered for two (2) days from the date of service, unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

On-The-Go Mobile Tire Shop LLC is not liable for:

  • Damage resulting from pre-existing vehicle issues (alignment, suspension, etc.)
  • Injury or accidents caused by tire failure after installation
  • Loss of business, wages, time, or transportation costs

8. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of On-The Go Mobile Tire Shop LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Changes to These Terms
